Privacy notice

This notice covers this website and its waitlist. The DeepShrink app will have its own privacy policy, which you will see and agree to before you use it.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist. We send one confirmation email, and your address joins the waitlist only after you click the link in it. Resend, which sends that email, keeps its own log of sent emails for a limited time whether or not you confirm.
• Anonymous page statistics. We run our own copy of Plausible Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites and only counts page views and waitlist signups.
• Your IP address and the email address you entered, kept only in the server's memory so the form cannot be used to send many emails. They are never written to disk and are cleared when the server restarts. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare also see IP addresses as part of serving the site.

Why we use it

We use your email address to send your invite to DeepShrink and news about its launch. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by confirming your address. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes it

Confirmation emails are sent through Resend, which also stores the list of confirmed addresses. The site runs on a Hetzner server in Germany, behind Cloudflare. We do not sell your address or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as the waitlist and the launch need it, or until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
